GeoDashbard Design Suite comes packaged with multiple installation files to be installed on your desktop. The following steps will ensure proper configuration of GeoDashboard Design Suite. View System Requirements
1. Install Xcelsius
Unzip the provided zip file containing the following files: SCDD.exe- Installer for SAP Crystal Dashboard Design Personal Edition
GMap_Standard_trial.xlx- Installer add-on component (see step 4)
Install SAP Crystal Dashboard Design Run SCDD.exe and follow the installation prompts. The key is provided by Centigon Solutions. If you did not receive\ a trial key or full license key, please contact Centigon Solutions support
*NOTE: If you are upgrading from a trial to full version, you do NOT need to re-install the SCDD.exe file, but instead use the Centigon Solutions key to upgrade to the full license.
Computer User Security Rights (Vista and Windows 7)- To install and use add-on components, you will be required to have administrative rights on your computer to install software. To review if your profile has these rights, right click on the Xcelsius program and "Run as Administrator." If you are prompted for a login you will need to contact your IT department to obtain the necessary access rights to your PC.
